NGO Fair in Macedonia
The First NGO Fair gathered 144 organizations
The First NGO Fair in Macedonia too place from 23 to 25 October 2001. It was organized by the Macedonian Centre for International Cooperation (MCIC), the Catholic Relief Services (CRS) and the Institute for Sustainable Communities (ISC).
The goal of this manifestation was promotion of the civic associations and the NGO sector, as well as improving their relations with the public. 144 organizations from all sectors took part in the fair: civil society, protection of the environment, children rights, employment, generating income, women rights, etc.
NGO Fair consisted of an exhibition part, training workshops and roundtables, as well as forums and panels.
"Approach to donors", "Concept towards strategic planning", "Building networks and methods of cooperation", "NGO and the media", "Volunteering within NGO", etc., were the subjects discussed at the first NGO Fair.

A secretary slips when bringing coffee to her boss, slides down his desk on her stomach to stop in front of him with the coffee in her hand? I am not sure how you react to it, but after I had seen it for the first time I was left with my mouth open. It was a mixed feeling of bewilderment, sickness, disbelief…how could somebody think of something like that? How could nobody react to this commercial?
