Studies in Germany
Ten scientific institutions and foundations from Germany, three from Austria and two from Switzerland offered cooperation to the University of Montenegro and its students, post-graduates, docents, doctors, etc. scholarships for certain study programmes and research projects.
The German representative in Montenegro, Patrik Heinz, announced that his country has passed a new law for migrations that enables the students from abroad to remain and get a job after they have completed the studies, which has so far been considered a difficult process. It is estimated the number of such students in 2005 to be a hundred thousand people from all over the world. Best chances posses those who speak the German language.
