Educational session of the Association “New Life”-Stip, for fighting against malignant diseases Breast self-controlling – a step to healthy life
“Breast self-controlling can save your breasts and your life too” is the message from the women, members in the association “ New Life”. During their presentation they wanted to clarify and point out the importance of self-controlling in terms of stopping breast cancer, which we witness has more and more women infected every year.
“Why do women need breast self-controlling?” The answer is simple, the more you perform it, the easier it will be to feel and sense any change on your breast”- explained the professor Violeta Efremova, as she herself is one of the women who had a successful victory in fighting with breast cancer. “ If somebody asked me which is the best day for breast self-controlling, I would say the 10th day of the menstrual cycle”- stated professor Efremova adding at the same time that there shouldn’t exist any fear that this control means that women are looking for the disease, on contrary, with the self-controlling they would just assure themselves of their health.
Women that have already faced the breast cancer recommend to every woman to pay a visit to the doctor’s on every noticeable change, although that doesn’t necessary mean that every hardening of the skin of the breast is a disease. Nevertheless, prevention and education are the basic and general elements for our health.
The systematical (yearly) gynecological checks are obligatory for every woman and this was also emphasized on the session. Concerning the breast cancer, mammography, x-ray of the breast, is very important, for we can detect the cancer as far as 2 years in advance, and we can start the treatment on time. We can only add that the detecting and treatment are the correct road to healing.

“Give pleasure to your boss!!!”These days, a new commercial about a new coffee brand appeared on TV. I presume you’ve already seen it. A secretary slips when bringing coffee to her boss, slides down his desk on her stomach to stop in front of him with the coffee in her hand? I am not sure how you react to it, but after I had seen it for the first time I was left with my mouth open. It was a mixed feeling of bewilderment, sickness, disbelief…how could somebody think of something like that? How could nobody react to this commercial?

My attitude towards the language“People who are of the same origin and who speak the same words and who live and make friends of each other, who have the same customs and songs and entertainment are what we call a nation, and the place where that people lives is called the people's country. Thus the Macedonians also are a nation and the place which is theirs is called Macedonia.”
