Project of the Youth Alliance Tetovo and OHO
Offices for fight against corruption opened in Tetovo
The non-governmental organization Youth Alliance from Tetovo, in cooperation with the civil society organization OHO – Skopje, in Tetovo on 17 December presented the new project for fight against corruption.
The goal of the newly-formed municipality centers for fight against corruption that were promoted in Tetovo was counseling about protection against corruption on local level, informing and education of citizens and local subjects. Target groups that will be able to ask for advice will be categories of citizens and local subjects that do not have an opportunity to get such advice any other way and have not enough information about corruption.
Within the project “Municipality Anti-corruption Centers”, apart from Tetovo, offices for fight against corruption will also be opened in Kumanovo and Kavadarci.
The centers will be opened by the end of the year and will be functioning for ten months. The project is implemented by the Youth Alliance from Tetovo, in cooperation with the civil society organization OHO – Skopje and financially supported by the German Marshall Fund.
