The Old BazaarThe Publishing House "List" has published a book called "The Old Bazaar", as part of the materials prepared for the recently held workshop for revitalization of the Skopje Bazaar. The book presents the normative aspects for Bazaar's protection and the results of the survey done regarding the craftsmen working there. The book was realized with financial support from the Open Society Institute Macedonia, King Boduen and Conrad Adenauer Foundations. |  |

Multimedia portal on NGO in South-Eastern EuropeOne world (www.oneworld.net) has launched the new multimedia portal on NGO and the media in the region of South-Eastern Europe (Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Montenegro, Croatia and Albania): www.oneworld.net/see. The portal offers information on the non-governmental sector in these countries in their local languages, which are provided by the local NGO and radio-stations. The portal has a Forum that offers possibilities for networking and cooperation between different NGO. |  |

Everybody has a book at homeThe web-site www.kniga.com.mk, under the motto "Everybody has a book at home" is a nice (and first) attempt for popularisation, promotion and better approach to information on the book and the publishing activity in Macedonia via e-mail. The web-site is prepared by several publishing houses from Skopje, and on it, one can find several titles, search themes and areas and there is a special link offering the latest news in this field. |  |
Skopje Craftsmen Association
CraftsmanThe Skopje Craftsmen Association is publishing its newspaper "Craftsman", which informs about the association's activities and the problems that the "craftsman" are facing, such as: new legislation of interest to this group, about the newly established Information Centre within the society, the problem of illegal work and trade and the recently held Craftsmen Fair in Coblenz, Germany where craftsmen from Macedonia took place. |  |
