Two Book-Fairs in Skopje

Parallel celebration of the power of book

More than 150 book publishers presented themselves at the 16th International Book Fair that took place at the Skopje Fair.

Fifty promotions of the latest editions of national and foreign authors took place and the Fair was attended by students from different parts of the country. For the second time this year, the action "I donated a book" took place, and the donated books will be distributed to the institutions that need them, such as the homes for sheltering children youth-custody centres, school libraries, etc.

At the same time, another fair was taking place at the Theatre of Nationalities in Skopje - The 3rd Book Fair "Shkupi 2004", where about 70 publishing houses from Macedonia, Albania and Kosovo that publish book in Albanian, presented about 4000 titles.
