 Short description of the topic:

Macedonia faces the challenge of the Framework Agreement, the poverty, the reforms in the public administration and the services. Mobilization of the resources, including the civic sector is necessary.

The networking of the civic organizations as a way of functioning is being applied, due to the effective examples of the networks that have been established in regard to certain issues.

What kind of activities should be undertaken in function of mobilization of the civic society? What are the major problems? What are the experiences from the countries in the region like?
